Indexable spotting, chamfering, deburring and boring. Change the insert, not the tool.

Stitch brings two ranges to the shop floor: Nine9 indexable tooling and Dr. Burr deburring systems. Operations usually run on solid carbide (spotting, centring, chamfering, corner rounding, deburring and fine boring) run on replaceable inserts instead, so a worn edge costs an insert and not the whole tool.

Symmetric 2-flute edge cuts lateral force so it holds position at high feed. Double point angle strengthens the tip. Internal coolant, runs on MQL.

Spotting angles from 60° to 145° on one holder family. The same tool also chamfers, grooves, faces and engraves.

Indexable centre drill, pilot Ø1 to Ø10mm. Repeats within 0.02mm radially and 0.05mm axially, so there is no tool length reset on an insert change.

45° front and back chamfering and 90° countersinking. Smallest indexable countersink is Ø7mm. Four cutting edges per insert.

Radius inserts from RC0.5 to RC10mm on the same holder, with 45° chamfering on the same insert. Uses the standard NC Spot Drill holders.

Deburring and threading inside bores of Ø4.2 to Ø10mm. Six flutes, front and back deburring in one pass, cuts hardened steel to HRC60.

Marks serial numbers, codes, dial scales and logos from the NC program. 30° to 90° points, two edges per insert, and no tool reset when you index the edge.

60° and 90° indexable deburring for fine holes, down to 0.1mm. Ground carbide insert holds the deburr depth and diameter, so the chamfer repeats across the batch.

Drills, slots and rough mills with one tool to 8xDc. Serrated edge controls swarf, so no pecking or dwell even without through-coolant.

Indexable deep-hole drill, Ø19 to Ø40mm in 5xD and 10xD, to 12xD. Patented carbide centre pilot insert holds straightness and roundness.

Eccentric-mechanism fine boring, adjustable ±0.1mm with no backlash. Replaces solid carbide reamers, bar changes in about a minute.

Indexable shoulder and face mills Ø10 to Ø25mm, torus radius mills Ø10 to Ø26mm, on a patented dual relief angle insert.

Integrated ER taper-shank cutter, so there is no assembly tolerance to stack up. Short and rigid for BT30, driven tools and turning centres.

Ball-nose cutter supplied with an NC data set written for your component, so it reaches back-edge and cross-hole burrs inside the bore.

Cutting edges opened by coolant pressure at 4 to 10 bar. Clears intersecting holes, slots, grooves and steps in one operation, with no radial side load.

Depth-limited countersinking to ±0.025mm with ±1° angle accuracy, for repeatable chamfers across a batch.

Al₂O₃ fibre wheel, round and surface brushes for edge blending, surface finishing and cleaning threads after tapping.

Front and back deburring of a drill hole in one pass, no reversing the spindle. Spring-tensioned replaceable blade, Ø2.0 to Ø50.0mm metric and 0.093 to 2.0 inch.

Same one-pass front and back deburring with an adjustable cutting circle, so it still works when a cross-hole breaks out near the bottom. Quick-change edge, Ø2.38 to Ø50.8mm.

Spring-compensating holder with 10mm of travel in tension and compression, so the cutter follows an undefined edge. Three pressure levels for soft, harder and hard material.

Solid carbide cutter that chamfers the front and the back of a hole on one pass down and back. ZX-coated, 60° and 45°/90° forms from Ø1.8mm, radius versions too.

Spring-loaded self-steering head for elliptical bores, where a countersink leaves an uneven edge. Bores Ø3.96 to Ø25.4mm, replaceable HSS blades, thickness set by spring tension.
